My technician, Randy G. was the most courteous and informative technician I have ever dealt with. He explained every procedure and why, while I shared unpleasant experiences with him. He cleaned up well as if he was never there. If all your technicians were like him, your business would never go down. Please let him know I appreciate what a fine and professional person he was. This is someone who takes his job very seriously...:)
