Thank You to both Mike & Kathy for making my 1st experience with [site] a wonderful & memorable one. One of my managers at work referred me to call you because my place of employment currently has you do work for them replacing glass as needed on their company vehicles. Coming to my work place is a HUGE convenience and providing me with outstanding customer service when Mike,my Service Technician,replaced my cracked windshield today. I was startled,disappointed and frustrated when a rock had hit my windshield while I was driving. I was very happy that I didn't have to miss any time from work while the work was being done. He performed the work right here in the back parking lot in the shade. He was punctual, professional and courteous. He called me when he arrived and when he was finished. He made sure that I was aware that I should not drive the car for at least an hour for safety reasons. I was very pleased of how convenient this process was from start to finish. Kathy who took my 1st phone call was excellent and very helpful at calling GEICO my car insurance company while I was on the line to arrange and organize everything in 1 phonecall. Thank You to both Mike & Kathy for all your help! It was very much appreciated and I will recommend you to my Family & Friends if they ever need your assistance in the future. Great Teamwork!
