My technician was a young man named Randy and I did not get his last name, but he works out of Virginia Beach VA. I want you to know he was extremely courteous and professional in all regards. It is a pleasure to do business with people who know how to treat their customers and also provide great service. Additionally I spoke several times with a lady named Cindy in the same office who was very helpful and polite over the phone. All in all it was a great experience doing business with Auto Glass Service. Thanks!

Great price, great service! Eric, my tech showed up on time. I had to leave for work, and took my other car. Eric called me an hour later to tell me one windshield wiper arm had broken during the install, and that he had a new one on order. Later that day the broken part was replaced free of charge!
