Auto Glass Service - Salt Lake City

The customer service rep on the phone was absolutely wonderful in helping me deal with my insurance company, and the tech sent to do my car came and picked up my car, brought it back to the shop while I was at work, and dropped it back off for me..THANKS SO MUCH! It was so easy and everyone was extremely friendly!

My tech was Steve B. Very courteous and extremely professional. He told me what needed to be done, how he was going to do it, and how long it would take. And he was right on target with the completion time. My first experience with your company leaves a good impression and I'll recommend you to my friends. Thanks!

I had used Auto Glass Service before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT. As much as this was a stressful time, they turned a bad situation into such a pleasant one. I would HIGHLY recommend Auto Glass Service to anyone who would ask for a glass replacement place. They go above and beyond fantastic service.
