Auto Glass Service - Salem

We had our windshield replaced by Auto Glass Service in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous. And, did I mention the temps were hovering around zero this morning when he was here?! I would highly recommend Auto Glass Service. Thank you.

Keith worked a miracle for me. I was scheduled to leave Feb 17th and that was the earliest day Auto Glass Service could schedule my windshield to be replaced. Keith phoned me on Tuesday, the 15th and asked if he could come on Wednesday afternoon. He worked his schedule around my travel plans even though he had a full schedule. I feel much better going away knowing my vehicle will be safe to drive.
