I was contacted by Shannon at the Hoschton, Ga. location about a referral from my insurance company. I was pleased with her knownledge of the service and the overall commitment to the customer. GOOD JOB!!!

David and Mike were absolutely the BEST technicians I could ask for. The first day, David was extremely helpful, very punctual, & went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that I was understanding what was needed and took time to answer every question with professionalism and know-how. He told me about how long it would take to get the materials needed and sure enough, I got the phone call exactly within the time-frame specified. On the second visit to actually do the installation, David and Mike showed up promptly and were friendly, courteous, and went right to work and had the job done to perfection in no time. They explained how long it would take before I could drive the vehicle and how long to provide proper ventilation so as not to disturb the glass with a vacuum. I could not tell the glass from my previous glass except that it did not have the word Toyota in it's corner. They did a PERFECT job and I could not be better satisfied. I was so nervous about getting my 'baby' FJ Cruiser worked on, but these gentleman made it effortless. Kudos to David and Mike, the best in the business!

Great price, great service! Eric, my tech showed up on time. I had to leave for work, and took my other car. Eric called me an hour later to tell me one windshield wiper arm had broken during the install, and that he had a new one on order. Later that day the broken part was replaced free of charge! A lot of businesses out there should take a lesson from Auto Glass Service on how to give great customer service!
