We are writing this letter because we were so happy with the service we received from your company. We hope that we are getting everyone's names correct. As you
may know, it is easier to complain then it is to acknowledge a job well done. We have dealt with other glass companies before and we were sick and tired of bad experiences, and jobs that were not done correctly the first or second time around. This is when we came across Auto Glass Service.

From the initial phone call to Kelly, we knew we were on the right track. She helped explain the process and took care of the insurance details, along with finalizing the
appointment date. Her professionalism and overall friendliness was refreshing. When Dennis arrived the day of the appointment as promised, he too was friendly
and professional. His attention to detail was appreciated, and he left our car clean after the job was done. Dennis did the job right, the first time, and our car was good as new.
