When I called to make an appointment, I was surprised that I was able to get a new windshield the very next day. Your tech, Jim D. was very polite and arrived during the scheduled time. Upon arriving he informed me of what he was going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I could tell he was a very nice person just by him asking about my dogs, who were intently watching his every move, and not just on another job.

The tech was wonderful, he came to my door and introduced himself and let me know he was there even though I knew he was coming. He was very professional. He answered all my questions and took the time to show me what had happened to my previous windshield and he explained to me about the dry rot of the rubber around the windshield and what not to use on it. I had used Auto Glass Service before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop.
