I spoke with Cheryl, customer service rep, who was very knowledgeable about your company and actually convinced me your company was the one I should have the worked done by. Your tech, Eric R., arrived at my home at the scheduled time and completed the job within 1 hour. He explained when I would be able to drive my car and if there was any problem not to hestiate to call your company. Overall my experience with your company was wonderful. I also found that your company had handled my son's vehicle in December when he had traveled from Las Vegas and his windshield had been damaged. He too was very satisfied with your customer service. I have notified my insurance company of your ability to make me a very happy customer . I will certainly call your company if I am ever in need of your services. My daughter’s car window was broken into the other day and needed replacement. Our insurance company, State Farm, had recommended your company and had setup scheduling you to come and replace the window. Not only were you able to service us within a 24 hour period, but you were willing to come right our home to do the work. And even when we called to confirm when you were coming and realized my daughter was going to be at work(locally), your service tech came to the parking lot of the mall in which she worked at to fix her window on the spot!! I think that was truly an amazing thing!! That kind of service is more than we could have asked for. Thank you so much not only for accommodating us, but also for doing a great job of replacing the window & cleaning up all the glass that was inside the car… It was truly appreciated…!
