Auto Glass Service - Evans

I commend Mark W., the technician, for the 3 calls letting me know when he would be at the house, for his positive attitude, for his professional no-wasted-motions installation of the windshield, and for the conversation informing me (at my request) about the installation actions performed. As a program manager and hiring manager for over 30 years, Mark W. represents a top tier (5 of 5 star) employee. His customer facing communications and no wasted motion getting the job done compelled me to write this evaluation in appreciation of a job well done.

I was very satisfied with the work that was performed.

Great Tech installer and I am sure is capable of many other things. I believe God is directing this young man in all he does (without him talking about himself).Could not have done a better job.

the Tech Donny ( I think that was his name), did an excellent job. He was very friendly, and very timely. I wasn't expecting him until 2pm, however he came earlier and was super efficient. I will definitely use him specifically, when I return to fix my passenger side window.

Donnie was nice on the phone, was willing to adapt to my needs due to the rain, he was quick to get to work, he made me feel comfortable about the whole process from beginning to end. The job was finished in record time and the craftsmanship is amazing.
