John was right on time,as promised- neatly dressed, under the circumstances, informative and completed ALL the work (FULL replacement of my windshield) in about 40-45 minutes; start to finish. He was very affable and friendly and answered ALL questions asked of him-I MOST CERTAINLY WOULD RECOMMEND YOUR COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO REQUIRED YOUR SERVICE.
