I had used Auto Glass Service before to repair my windshield. It was just a pin hole that they plugged up. And the windshield never cracked from it. This winter (2011) I got a crack in the front windshield. This time I wanted to come to the shop. I have never been so happy with the service from the initial call to set up the appointment, to Steve who installed the windshield. After it was installed, he came out & told me exactly what to do & what not to do. He's at the shop in East Hartford, CT.
