Auto Glass Service - Cullman

Dear Mr. Rohlfing,
Today, Auto Glass Service came out to make a service call to replace my front windshield of my Lexus LS 400 which had been broken by a rock for the 3rd time in as many years. I was going to take it to the Lexus Dealer, but Linxus would not allow the repair. When I called my State Farm agent, they referred me to Auto Glass Service. The Auto Glass Service shop from Laurel called me back quickly and set up an appointment within several days, due to the dealer glass being ordered. From that point, the service was prompt and courteous.

Pat politely and quickly solved the problem and offered a far superior repair, with a degree of professionalism that was much greater than the past glass company that replaced my windshield last year. I told him that I had been noticing a great deal of "wind noise" after the last repair; and he found the area and showed me why and explained the problem in layman's terms. The last technician did not take time to "seat" the seals on the A frame bar and Pat did. He also allowed me to watch and learn from him, without objecting, even though I was probably in the way or slowed him down somewhat with my questions.

This attitude, depth of technical knowledge and understanding of the problem (that Lexus would have charged me much more for, as well as, the past company not completing the work properly and leaving me with "wind noise" in the main cabin) will make me a loyal customer of Auto Glass Service, as well as, prompting me to recommend Auto Glass Service for any glass repair.

Pat and the entire staff of Auto Glass Service in your Laurel, Maryland shop should be commended for their Professionalism, Technical knowledge, and Polite customer demeanor. Thank you for their dedication to customer service.

When I called to make an appointment, I was surprised that I was able to get a new windshield the very next day. Your tech, Jim D. was very polite and arrived during the scheduled time. Upon arriving he informed me of what he was going to be doing and asked if I had any questions. He was very professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I could tell he was a very nice person just by him asking about my dogs, who were intently watching his every move, and not just on another job.
